I have a confusion that is both ET and TC engineering course are same or different. If it is different why other colleges (except GSS college) provide only TC not ET. Please suggest me.

Is there is any difference between branded colleges and local colleges? Why do most of the students opt for Bangalore colleges? 20 years back if the students would have thought that I should join in only top colleges then how would the xxxx yyyyy colleges have come top so trust in local colleges.
